Serendipity

I want to start off with being apparent with my intentions. I’m not here looking to criticize others, or looking for sympathy. This is my story in life, a story as a human being learning what it means to live in a human world. Through travesties and failures is where we learn our limitations. Where we learn what we are truly capable of. Not only just the beautiful stories but the ugly truth of being a human. The jealousy, anger, corruption and ultimately who we are beneath the mask we all wear.

Life has kicked my ass many times, its given and taken some of the most precious moments in my life. What I had to learn very early in life was, “Life isn’t ever going to be fair”.

This is a fair warning to those that will continue reading. Every week, with each post, like a chapter in a book will take you through a journey in my life. I’m 30 and I have so much more life left but I would like to document what the last 30 years have been like so those that are in similar situations to that of mine have somewhere to look to. When I desperately needed guidance and help, it was hard because I felt like the world pointed it’s fingers at me. All my failures became what everyone around me knew me for. So I write now to face my failures and open new doors of growth and opportunity.
